Tier 2

Your systems are monitored 24/7. For the rare urgent issue I can't reach, I have trusted colleagues on standby. We discuss this clearly when you onboard.
My fixed fee covers service, monitoring, and software. Physical equipment is a separate, planned expense — and I'll help you forecast it.
Most remote tickets get a same-day fix during business hours. Critical issues get a same-hour response. I'll commit to specifics in your service agreement.
